The moment I made an account on this site, I started syncronising my protfolio (Behance). Its stuck on 0%. when i click on it it says sync in progress, but nothing is happening. Whats wrong and waht can i do to fix this problem?

The moment I made an account on this site, I started syncronising my protfolio (Behance). Its stuck on 0%. when i click on it it says sync in progress, but nothing is happening. Whats wrong and waht can i do to fix this problem?
