I've read about the rules of finalization, if source files are not uploaded within 24 hours, designers can be charged, in my case (and it often happens) the client requested for a revision after the end of the contest, then (during finalization) it may take time before he sees the new revision (currently shown on "shared media" tab on the right of the finalization page). Does the rule apply in this case, if the client takes more than 24 hours to respond (confirming the revision or demanding for further ones, before the actual upload of source files and sign ) ?
Another question: if the client asks for the source files for more logo versions (example 4 logo versions on the confirmed design = 4 source files x each format like EPS, PDF, AI, etc..) should the source files be uploaded like the client asks or as they appear on the confirmed design ( as in the example before = only one source file x each format like EPS, PDF, AI. etc.) ? I hope this question is understandable.
Thank you in advance for your clarification.

Hi!
24h means after you are selected as a winner to upload the files, but as long as you are working with the client on revisions before uploading final files it is okay. Sometimes you will upload more final files... in sense client figures out "Oh one more change".
Regarding your second question it is okay if client wants different versions of the logo - for example horizontal, vertical, icon only, color range, with or without tagline etc... or logo with minor differences. Yes, sometimes there will be tons of source files.
However, If client asks you for completely different design or version with a huge difference you are free to decline and kindly ask to open new project 1on1 with you.
The finalization is 7 days to work on minor changes, not total makeover.
It is important to always stay kind with client, do your best to indulge them with final product, but at the same time to set boundaries if client goes a way over with revisions or additional design requests.
Most of the time clients are nice and fast, however we all had those type of the clients which is hard to please or they are very indecisive.
