Far as I remember you can not send the source files without signing agreement automatically. 

@pranab_a1, you have already won & completed a contest before this second won one, so you should have done it back then!

 

However, signing a copyright agreement, is when you write your name and info at the bottom of the page in step 2 of Finalization. This step comes after completing step 1 in which you upload the source files.

* You cannot access a step before completing the previous one.
