Pending Payouts to payoneer since this is 2nd thursday!

it is the 2nd Thursday but my payout status is still pending. 

I have some active projects  but clients still didn't finalize. i am sure they will move to next Thursday. 

Please review my payouts which are pending and this is 2nd Thursday.

But i sent source files aswell. Client approve the payment. 

Also Yesterday i complete a project and client approve $380. i receive email got $380 but my DesignContest account show 0 balance. 

Please help me. when i already source files.

can someone tell me why my prize amount go to negative and come 0.00$? 

I earned 50$ but in my designcontest my balance is still 0 and Thursday gone my payment still pending.
