Project description

We need a Landing Page Developed based around an e-book we have titled, "Find the Gold in Expired Listings" The current draft of this e-book can be found at: http://tools.keepingcurrentmatters.com/e-books/find-the-gold-in-expired-listings/find-the-gold-in-expired-listings.pdf The example of our last landing page for a different E-book can be found at the link below: http://tools.keepingcurrentmatters.com/e-books/negotiation/ **Please note, we are not necessarily asking you to recreate these pages to be identical. We are hoping you can give us a really nice concept and design with the functionality we need as well. Some of our other sites for reference are below: http://www.keepingcurrentmatters.com http://www.kcmblog.com/ https://www.facebook.com/kcmcrew https://twitter.com/kcmcrew

  • Hi CH, My first try at design #1 Feedback appreciated. :) Thanks.
  • Hello, I submit my proposal #4 :) Hope you like it Thanks
  • Like the freshness of the look. We think the focal point of the copy and form should take up more of the space than the background image. Can you bring it closer to that? Thanks for submitting :)
  • Similar to "metallic" one, it's nice, but very close to what we already had. Let's see what else you can come up with :)
  • Thanks for submitting. We like the "metallic" look of the background here and the reflection of the book, but we like the "book-feeling" of some of the others a bit better. Also, this design is very similar to the one that we currently use. We're looking for something different. Can you go in a different direction?
  • This is good. The green-ish background color is off-brand for us. Can you try something different? The copy in the bottom-left corner doesn't make sense for us. What else can go there? Give us some other examples near this with the feedback above please. :)
  • About #11 Hi, I have updated my design. This is the same as #3 with a few refinements. Any colors or fonts can be changed.
  • #15 CH im so sorry I forgot to submit this one before the deadline i was going to check earlier who won but it was extended without me able to submit good thing it was extended. Feedback will be much appreciated. -PAVIAN :)
  • Hi, my updated design on lucky-number #13 ;) Feedback appreciated. :) Thanks. Ardia
  • We are intending to give it free - Thanks!
  • Hi, A Question : Do you intended to give this ebook for Free or Sell it ? Thanks. :)
  • Hi, Thanks for the rate and feedback. I'll update the design and upload it soon. Please wait for it. Thanks. :)
  • To all...one thing we're seeing across most designs is that the thickness of the "book" is quite thick. This e-book is only about 10 pages so we'd like to see if we can get a "slimmer" or "thinner" e-book in the designs. Thanks for your attention to this detail which is important to us.
  • This isn't bad at all. Our concern is the form and call-to-action will be "below the fold" on many screens since the top section is so large. Also, we'd prefer to have the form on the right, instead of the left...a simple switch could solve that. Lastly, we didn't like the plain black background below the grass. Not sure what you can do about that, but overall we like the design ideas used here.
  • OK, this now looks too "forced" with the larger section. One thing we did like though was the red arrow on top of the form (though we'd like it to NOT be red).
  • This is really too busy for what we're looking for. We're looking for something modern enough to be appealing, but also something that won't turn off our biggest demographic (40-60 year old real estate agents).
  • All, for page copy, you can see the current web form (don't take visual clues for this...that's why we're running the contest). Go to http://tools.keepingcurrentmatters.com/e-books/find-the-gold-in-expired-listings/
  • First, let's lose the For Sale By Owner sign as it's not counter to the content. Second, can we add some color to the form? I love the arrow pointing from the book to the form box.
  • Thanks for moving the form to the right. Can we figure out a different background? Maybe just lower the grass level to the bottom of the house? Also, can you switch the red banner back to the black you originally had?
  • not a fan of the design overall (especially the swirls), but we did like the background color used (generally speaking)
