Better You At Work, a specialized therapy practice

I'm very happy with my final logo design. The site was relatively easy to use.

Winning design #60 by DanaGraphics, Logo Design for Better You At Work, a specialized therapy practice Contest
Gold Medal

Project description

I need a logo for my specialized psychotherapy practice, Better You At Work, which caters to working professionals struggling with job-related interpersonal problems or emotional distress. Through a focused therapy approach, I help clients dig deep to explore the roots of their job-centered misery, resolve limiting beliefs and behaviors, and discover ways they can live better with the job they have. I'm envisioning a logo and tagline combo: Better You At Work Come on, get happier

  • Thanks so much for your entries. I like the clarity of and movement in them. What would your recommendation be to make sure the person's form is gender neutral? Right now I feel like it reads a bit masculine. Also, I'm concerned that the green may not read well onmy website. Could you provide other color options? Thanks again.
    • Hi, Thank you for your feedback! Please check #24. Hope it's meeting your requests, your feedback will be appreciated. Thanks! Dana

    • Thanks so much, Dana. I'm really liking what you are coming up with. I'm wondering if you could show me just a few more variations - I really like #21 but feel the figure with tie reads too masculine. Is it possible to use a figure like the one in #24? I do like the thinness of the figure in #21. Also, I like the orange and the green but am a bit concerned about how they might read online. Do you feel the colors are saturated (if that's the right word) enough to really breakthrough online? Last question - might you be able to show me something featuring a blue? I tend towards that color although I know I didn't request it. THANK YOU!

    • Thank you for your feedback! Please check #49 #50. I think all the colors schemes I used on my entries can stand out and breakthrough online, given the right environment. I can try giving it a bit more saturation if you like, I'm just concerned that too loud colors will damage the relaxed and sophisticated massage that your brand is conveying (as I see it..)... Anyway, I'll be glad to send more variations ,if there's anything else you would like to see. Thanks again! Dana

    • Thank you again, Dana. I love #49 and wonder if I could bug you for 2 more variations: 1) I love the green and if you could push the saturation just a bit more that'd be great (and I appreciate you keeping an eye on the relaxed/sophisticated message - I agree); 2) I think I need a version that uses lines above/below the words (or whatever solution you feel is right) to help define the logo space - I may not always use it but would like it as an option. Thank you again.

    • Hi! Please check my new entries. There are two options of green(the first is in #59, and the second in #58, #60, #61, #62). Also I did a few versions of possible ways to define the logo space. You're not bugging me at all! please feel free.. I'll be glad to try more variations for you. Thanks!

    • I also submitted #77 #78 to show you how it looks on different backgrounds other than white..

    • Thank you Dana (and you can see that your design was top banana). I love it and am very happy with it. I may have a tweak or two and will be in touch about them (if they're even necessary). Thanks again!

    • Hey Dana - just checking in to let you know that I'm thinking about possible tweaks (like adding a TM) and will let you know asap (I believe we have 7 days total (6 days left) to tweak and share files.) One question - if I wanted a b/w version would I need to pay you extra for that? I've been checking the site's rules/regs but also just wanted to check with you, too. Thanks again.

  • Hi, I am sending my two proposals (#34 #35) for your consideration. In this #34 logo you can see two people, enjoying the life, two hands, a tree, Greek letter psi (Ψ) - the global symbol of psychology. This #35 logo is the same like #34, except one thing, that there is no hands. Please, let me know, what you think about this logo. Maybe you want to see some changes, maybe you don't like colours, or something else. Thank you.
