Project description

Go! Café (has a ' on top of the "e")

We will be providing service via smartphones for people to search for cafés (coffee shops) nearby.
Our main target customer group will be professional women, age 23 - 28, who live in big cities of Japan.
We will be expanding our service to other customers. So attractive logo for young (age 23 - 28) females but not too feminine that male customer would refuse to use it.
- Use up to three colors (warm colors (red, orange, pink, you know what I mean) preferred)
- A logo that will tell you it is a cafe search service without any explanations (simple, crisp and clear!)
- Simple and good appearance on a smart phone
- Easy to remember/easy to relate to
- Can easily print on T-shirts, other novelty goods

So great designers! I want to see a wonderful job! Surprise me!

  • Dear CH I have submitted my design #44 Thanks
  • Hi Hirokii Here is my design! Less is more! :) You can use the logo with or without the words "GO café". The symbol represents the letter "G" with an "O" inside and can also been seen as a steaming cup of coffee (seen from above)with a coffee plate underneath. I hope you like it! Greetings
  • Your design is too close to another designers idea/concept. Please check the entries before entering to make sure your own entries do not look like another designers
  • #26 Here's my concept. Symbol represents cup of coffee looked from above. It also symbolize little search lens, though it's a search service. I am open to continue development on this or other concepts, in order with your requirements. Cheers!
  • Go! Café: cafe has a ' on top of the e. (sorry I missed that earlier...) I think I like the color orange. Red maybe too strong.
  • Hi DnC, #18 is a little to complicated. Would want it simple. Something a 5 year old could copy. #19 is much better.

  • Any thoughts or tips for #11 CH?
  • Some points! Go! Café: cafe has a ' on top of the e. (sorry I missed that earlier...) I think I like the color orange. Red maybe too strong.
  • Hi Niff, Thanks for starting off the contest with #1 and #2. I prefer #1 over #2. Simple is good!

  • Hi CourtneyLenore, I like #14, but #13 looks a bit messy since it has spills. Want the design to be crisp, clean and simple!
  • Hi caption, I like #4 much better than #3. The design speaks for itself.
  • Hi caption, Thanks for your post. I like the idea of using the traffic light concept. But the colors are a bit too dark. Looks like a button on a electric device. (Push and power-on!) It reminds me more about a button or a traffic light, but the design itself does not relate to a "cafe". (If I would happen to remove the word "cafe" on your design, it would be very difficult for me to understand that it is actually a "cafe search" service logo)
  • Great job guys! Looks good! Since we are using this on apps, web page and on T-shirts, it would be better to have a white back ground. Also want the logo to be friendly. Want to have it clean as well. (no spills). Keep up the good stuff!
  • About #11 Here is the word "go" in the shape of a coffee cup, and a simple "cafe" font. Let me know of any desired changes. Thanks!
  • Slight variation of #6.
  • Hello. The coffee cup in the logo is made up of Go (vertical). Let me know if you'd like to see any revisions. Thank you.
  • Hello, The 'G' character is shaped like an arrow, illustrating 'GO', and the 'O' is an arial view of a cup of coffee, with a swirl of cream. I have omitted the exclamation mark as I personally feel "Go Café" reads well as a phrase. Thank you
