facilites management consulting (fmc)

Dreamerme was on top of the design straight out of the box. Most other designers ended up mimicking. Good communicator and very professional...both Dreamerme and designContest. Thanks again

Project description

we need a modern fresh logo that reflects us as facilities managers solving problems for building owners. We deal with with water, energy, condition, long-term planning, strategic planning for building facilities & property owners. A logo that is simple (like the NorthFace style logo) that we can use on website/letterhead and business cards + marketing material. A logo with full writing and also be able to adapt just the initials.

Hi, I've submitted #3. I have created a light bulb using your initials FMC in negative space. I chose the light bulb to signify your ideas in problem solving. I have chosen blue but it would work on any colour you prefer. I hope you like it. Thanks.
  • hey, nabatto. can you tell me about the personality of your company or about the kind of elements you want in the pictoral mark?
    • Hi vasantnavnit, We are a small group of professionals, our slogan is "optimizing your resources". So pictorial it could be a visual that is to be efficient use of energy/water/building space...we are energetic in spirit, we have a lot of construction and project management experience. Our business plan is to be healthy, positive approach to solving peoples problems. Let me know if there is more direction I could provide. Thank you nabatto,

  • Hi CH can you give some feedback for my design? thanks
  • Hi CH: I saw my entry #46 got rated with some points. Thanks! I'm interested in any changes you'd like to see to my logo in order to nudge it up to the top.
  • Hi CH - I posted a revision (#51). Hope you like it - I think it is an improvement on my first attempt. Not only is the building and the pencil more obvious, but the green is more appropriate than the red.
