Project description

“got it!” is an on-demand expertise sharing marketplace with speed and quality guarantees. Our platform enables anyone to teach anyone else about anything through a 10-minute chat session. Currently the product (for education space targeting college or college bound students) works like this: When a user has a question that the user is stuck on, the user posts the question to “got it!” platform and within seconds the question is matched with an expert then the expert and the user are connected in a 10-minute chat session in which the expert give explanations and help the user find the answer and get unstuck. We want to help the users find the “aha” moment, the “got it!” moment, and feel happy at the end of the session because the experts help them get unstuck.
