Project description
UPDATE: There has been a change to the original direction. Currently, the uploaded picture is key to color and design. Please incorporate the swirls/scroll design uploaded in the design. The owners of Lavish Cuisine have recently used the following to describe how they would like the logo to look and feel: 1. I like the idea of two colors merging; 2. The scroll picture to them is a symbol of merging together; 3. The scroll/swirls could be used as a possible a watermark above or below the script 4. Jewel toned color palette similar to that of the uploaded file.
"We both like something very non-cutesy and non-clip-arty. Maybe a beautiful calligraphy L and C? I'm tired of seeing plates and platters and forks and knives and chef hats on personal chef websites. Feels really overdone. " -CEO of Lavish Cuisine

Dear Sir,
According to your last feedback I already submitted logo version. Please check. -
About #186, @logodesign24 Here are a few more comments from the CEO. Along with taking the LC out of the circle - no circle. "Can you make a capital "C" and move it over 2-3 spaces and down 2-4 spaces? Above and not sitting on the "L". Maybe loop the "L" Down a bit." THANK YOU:)

Dear Sir,

About #116, @logodesign24 We are LOVING this. Can you please add a brand mark with the L & the C. Like you did with your logo in #119? But don't use a circle. Can you somehow make the L hold the C as a brand mark? Does that make sense? If not let me know. Thank you:)`` I already submitted logo version #183, #184, #185 and #186. Please check.

Glad you like the glyph idea!
I changed the curve on the bottom of the "L" to the original design, that eliminates the "witch broom" feel....but after seeing some of the new entries, I think it might be interesting to see the "fan" concept applied to the font used in entry #216...
I also like #213 and #214 :X #268 -
Dear contest owner, in my knowledge about the sector, and branding concept in this sector i suggest to avoid old letter elements, that might not give "the glamour" our search, and worst, might not give the right communication, every customer wants a "clear, shinny" cuisine, the swirlls is something that looks good at early, but with time get lost, and gets hard to memorize the brand, and in a few years a rebrand is not good.
In that way i suggest you a different proposal, with the similar "swirlls" but much more sublime, they are there, but you almost do not notice it, in the curves of the "a"; "s" and "h" and also, the formal and serious respectful in the strong of the "L" .
So, thats my suggestion, and proposal.
Let me know if i can improve this way of design for you. #226 -
A handcrafted monogram for this logo concept. Please let me know if you would like to see any changes or other color schemes. Thanks! #223

Moved the "fan" to the bottom loop, makes for an interesting wordmark and lends itself to the possibility of a stand alone glyph as well. maybe an icon next to a name on a name tag for example, or centered on top of letterhead, or as an abstract oversized watermark, or accenting the cover of an envelope.... #195
