Project description

We need a new logo for the ONF (www.opennetworking.org) which recently merged with ON.Lab (www.onlab.us). The merged entity will be called Open Networking Foundation (ONF) and we need a new logo that combines elements from both logos.

Please refer to the attached file (Design Brief) for more details on the background and design guidelines/objectives.

We'd like the logo design to be submitted in the following file types:

Vector EPS, Layered PSD, AI (vector based), PNG and JPEG

  •  EPS
  •  Layered PSD
  •  AI (vector based)
  •  PNGPN EP Layered PSD

Comments

  • In line with the previous concepts and the specifications of your brief, this design takes the current ONF logo and its utilisation of negative space and changes the aesthetic into a more technology-oriented one. It then merges that with the colour schemes and gradients of the project logos that will remain in order to provide cohesiveness. I hope it is close to what you're looking for. Please rate and let me know about any modifications that can be made to better approach your vision. Thanks! #156
  • A variation on the previous design, utilising the colours and gradients of the project logos whilst keeping the graphic identity of interconnectedness and lines of the old ONF alive. Looking forward to your rating and feedback. Thanks! #155
  • This is a variation on the design. As before, the colours directly tie in with your project logos and this one incorporates the Networking Lines element of your previous logo as well, all whilst remaining elegant and modern. Please rate and let me know what you think. Thanks! #151
  • Hi, Here's a very elegant, modern and memorable design that grabs one's attention and yet remains sleek and simple. I've worked as per your brief and hope it is close to what you're looking for. Please rate it and give me some feedback so together we can come even closer to your vision. looking forward to your reply. Thanks! #150
  • Thank you all for sharing your designs with us. We have extended the contest by a week to give our team some time to review all the designs. We may be reaching out to a few of you to request slight modifications before we choose a winner. We would like to take the time to review every design submitted before we pick the winning design. Thank you for your patience.
    • @jayshree I've tried to improve my design for you. Thank you for your suggestions and comments. #126

  • Make it a full N color-wise but connected to the "O" and the "F" for the design. As for the color for the "N", the first leg could be in "Blue" like the "O" and the second leg can mirror the "Red" in "F". We can try the 2 color version or if you think you'd like the gradient transition for the "N", please give us a couple of options. #73
