Gold Medal

designed by CKS

Project description

We are looking for a new logo design for our company. We are a political subdivision that manages groundwater resources in Johnson, Hill, Ellis and Somervell Counties in North Texas. We are wanting a new logo design for print and digital purposes to refresh our brand identity. Included in this brief there are copies of the current logo we are using as reference for what we currently have. The new logo design does not necessarily need to be similar to the current ones we use. We are open to all kinds of designs!

  • Thank you for your submission to our contest. I do feel that the colors in this design may not align with our brand identity. But I do applaud your creativity. I like how the leaf and water drop tie together and are not distracting from one another. Thank you for your interest. #61

  • About #86, @Phopon This design does use a very subdued color scheme that does work well. Thank you for your interest and entries.
    • @sinclaire THANK YOU SIR..

  • About #88, @uchi This is a very nice logo with interesting colors and fonts used. However, I do feel it puts too much emphasis on the leaf aspect of the design. Thank you!
  • Thank you for your entry. This is a very interesting design that used a unique color palette unlike other entries. I like how you incorporated the ground and soil into the water drop. I appreciate your creativity in this design. #141
  • Thank you for your entry. There is a pleasant mix of colors in this design, but I am unsure of how well it might look on any print material with a dark background and if we were to get it embroidered on anything. It may look cleaner with less shading/gradient in the water drop. Thank you for your design entry. #63
  • @sinclaire , Hi Kindly check the two design revision, if there's any changes please let me know. Thank you #185 #186
  • Thank you for your entry. This is a very appealing design. Thank you for including the previews of two different styles of this logo. I like the subtle colors and gradient of the colors. Thank you for your entry. #40
  • Thank you for your entry. This was one of the most unique designs. However, I do feel it is too modern for our brand. I appreciate your creativity in this design. Thank you for your interest, #31
  • Thank you for your entry, This was a very unique design because of the orange color, but I feel like it too closely resembles fire. Thank you for your interest in our contest. #116
    • @sinclaire Thanks for the feedback , I'll try to make some revisions of the design. :D

  • Thank you for your entry. I really like the use of colors here and how they tie together. Could you add Johnson to the list of counties in this logo? it seems to be missing. Thank you! #171
  • Thank you for your entry. I like the colors and fonts used in this design. It is also interesting to see in the bottom of the water drop it does look like a groundwater/aquifer formation. Thank you for your attention to detail and your interest in our contest. #172
  • Thank you for your submission. The use of colors in this design are very eye appealing, but I do feel it is too modern for our brand identity. Thank you for your interest. #177
  • Thank you for your entry, I really do like the colors and fonts of this design. However, the rings around the water drop are almost like those around a planet. It is a lovely design but may be too modern for our brand. Thank you! #110
  • Thank you for your entry. While there are some refreshing changes, this design does closely resemble our current logo. Thank you for your time and entry to our design contest. #107

  • Thank you for your entry to our contest. While this design does have some refreshing elements, I do feel it is too similar to the one we have been using. Thank you. #133
  • Thank you for your entry to our contest. This design was eye appealing due to the colors, but I feel like there are too many elements in this design. It may look a little cleaner with a few changes to the number of sections in the green and blue areas. #138
  • Thank you for your entry. I really like how simple this logo is. It is a very nice balance of simple and modern. #155
  • Thank you for your entry. This is a very clean and simple design with a lot of good use of white balance. However, my feedback is that there is a lot of prominence on the roots and I feel that it does not suit the direction of the new logo we are looking for. Thank you! #154
  • Thank you for your entry. This was a very interesting and unique design. It was very interesting to see the way you incorportated the letters into the drops that way. However, we feel it may be too modern for our brand identity. Thank you for your time and interest in our contest. #164
