Project description

The Racial and Ethnic Mental Health Disparities Coalition (REMHDCO) is a statewide coalition of non-profit organizations whose mission is to work to reduce mental health disparities through advocacy for racial and ethnic communities. REMHDCO is based in California and advocates on behalf of underserved, unserved, and inappropriately served racial and ethnic communities including: Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American, and African American. REMDHCO also represents non-English and limited English speaking, immigrant and refugee, and Muslim communities. We are in our fifth year of existence and would like a logo that reflects our organization name and diversity of the population we serve.

  • Dear CH, About #13 Concept: REMHDCO Symbol: I created four elements, of different colors to represent different ethnic groups.. the shapes are in rotation together (represents the mind process working well, and each element lifts the other; which portrays "service" helping people) For the text, I used a rich black color (very bold and helps the symbol stand out more to the left) Also #14 includes the REMHDCO Logo on a dark background; I think the colors pop on a dark background as well! Hope this works for your team, let me know if you have any thoughts, changes needed, or request.. Thanks, Marvel :)
  • About #15 and #16 The text is plain, so if that's not what you're looking for, please tell me. I am very good at altering text (reshaping, lengthening, arching, merging, etc.).
