Winning design #165 by Ayai, Logo Design for Real Estate Investment Logo Contest

Project description

Sandy Lowell Holdings Ltd is a company that invests in Residential Rental Properties (Single Homes / Duplex / Sixplex / Student Housing ) in Halifax , Nova Scotia Canada. We manage our own properties and consider ourselves great landlords. We take care of the properties as if we lived there ourselves and our tenants are very happy with us. Our properties are geared towards lower middle-class tenants and are located within the city centers. We would like to have a logo that encompasses the property investment as well as property management components. Any colours but personal fave colours are reds & blues. (And I like the choice of Red and Blue colour tones used in design # 19. ) Thank you for your submissions !

  • Dear Contest Holder, Designs #11 and #12 are my first concepts for your logo design. These designs implement the Halifax skyline as well as the colors requested in your brief. The treeline was incorporated to give the logo a friendly and welcoming element, but it also plays with negative space. If you would like to see any changes please do not hesitate to ask! Sincerely, Marleighna Claunch Claunch Design Studio
  • Removed at designer's request
  • dear CH, please check my design #21. i hope you like and give feedback. thanks :)
  • clipart is not allowed in logo contests the art you used is found here
  • Of your three entries, I like this one the best but I'm not sold on it as yet.....Maybe different tones of colours or modification to the building roofs.. Thanks
  • I like the color tone choices. Not sure about the house icon though as it looks like a duplex and we own different residential property types so this would not be fully representative. Thank you.
  • I like this one. I'd like it more if it had not just the high rise properties but duplex/single etc. shown as that is a big part of our business. Not completely sure about the blue tones that were used... maybe change up ? Thanks
  • This is very good. I like the abstract of trees. Wondering about having something other than just the highrises as we deal mostly with single / duplex / six-plex building.... Thanks
  • I really like how you designed the name part of this. The houses are too busy for me though. Thank you.
  • The colours used in design # 19 I really liked both the red & blue tones used.
  • I don't really like the use of the grey. I loved the one tone that you had used in the submission # 11. Could #11 be modified to have a house on the outskirts of the high rises? Sorry if I am not being clear. Thank you for your submissions.
  • I like the house sketch but not how the name is done. I'm leaning towards ones that have 'holdings' on a second line and a bit more pizazz with the lettering.... thoughts ? Thanks
  • I like the simplicity of this design but would like to see some changes. A shorter building with a roof (to symbolize lower scale buildings instead of high rises), bolder letters - something with more weight , and some red somewhere..... thank you for your submission.
  • I think this one with the changes you have made. Not sold on the tones of colours though. I'd like to see the print different choice of font and colour. I like the font used on # 17 or # 3. .... thanks
  • This ones too busy for me. thanks
  • I like this concept with this one but I don't like purple. Could you try it with different colours and thicker print style for the name. Thanks
  • Hello Contest Holder, Please find my new designs uploaded: #33, #34, #35, #36 & #37. Please tell me if you like them. Thanks & Regards, Premiumlogo
  • Dear Contest Holder, Design #27 is my newest revision for your logo design. I made some minor changes to the frame of the logo and also changed the skyline. In order to communicate your work with various house types I decided to include a single-family house, a duplex, and also a six-plex. In order to effectively visualize these houses I had to use varying color tones instead of the gradient effect used in my previous design. This design is very simple, professional, and also communicates your realty market effectively. Please let me know if I can do anything to improve this design. I want to make sure your logo suits all of your needs. Sincerely, Marleighna Claunch Claunch Design Studio
  • Dear Contest Holder, I have submitted Designs #95, #96, #97 as variations of my previous designs. Please let me know what you think. Thanks! Best Regards, jtscreative
