Project description

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BRIEF! A lot of the vehicles this logo will be displayed on are black! So the logo needs good coloring so that it "Pops" and stands out on a black background. So be creative, use some shading, color graduation, and think outside of the box. Good color choices are a metallic like Teal for the words "Rescue Air" and a bright red to bright blue color fade for "Heating & Cooling"... The logo should have some way of incorporating a red cross in a cool modern way. The company's emphasis is on a quick/emergency response so the font should portray that. My original thought was to have the logo to the left of the company name and "heating & cooling" under "Rescue Air". There should be a red line that comes from the red cross and goes underneath the words " Rescue Air". That red line should have a sharp heartbeat squiggle that comes up between the words "Rescue" and "Air" The logo will be used for general print and for vehicle wraps so some of the formats needed would be .EPS , PDF , and JPG. THE ATTACHED PHOTOS ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE STYLES, FONTS, CONCEPTS. Camdrone file is a perfect metallic Teal color.

  • Hello,feedback/suggestion would be much appreciated.Any color variations can changed as per requirement.
    • I like the idea of the airflow mixed in with the red cross, however i'm looking for a more fine tuned graphic like the "Rescue Force" picture example I added to the Brief. I also like the font used in the "Rescue Security" picture example. As for coloring I like the graduating teal/blue colors used in the "CamDrone" picture example. I'm looking for a real modern logo like the "CamDrone" logo.

  • Clipart is prohibited from logo contests. Designs must be original. http://www.designcontest.com/logo-design/rescue-air-heating-cooling/entry/2
  • The airflow arrows are a cool concept, but the main visual idea of this company name is that when you see it, you need a double take to see if it is a heating and cooling company or Fire / EMS (paramedics). So some sort of red cross needs to be a main focus point. Possibly use a heartbeat line below "rescue air" and have the heart beat squiggle come up between rescue and air. Also the words "Rescue Air" should be bold, sharp and shadowed or outline or something of the sorts. thanks
  • cool concept but we're changing the concept a bit, please reread the brief. Thanks,
    • Ok Thanks! I'll get on that! I appreciate the feedback! (and roger that on the teal color change -from the last reply!)

  • Cool concept, it just needs a little more flare to standout , and a emergency red cross needs to be incorporated
  • Awesome concept. Can you intesify the colors some more,,, make the yellow/orange more of a bright red. Can the twists come off of the red cross, and is there a way to help make the red cross stand out some more. Can you non italicize the font and fade the "heating & cooling" text from bright red to bright blue throughout the text and make the font thicker. Thanks
  • The colors look great. Can we try a whole new approach and get rid of the wings all together. Use the red cross from your #4, put it to the left of the words "rescue air" and have a red line exetend from the cross under the words "Rescue Air" with a heartbeat squiggle come up between Rescue and Air. Can you make the "hearing & cooling" text color change from red to blue. Thanks
  • I really like the red cross design. The graphics coming off each side kinda look like wings. Can those be sharpened up or tweaked or find some other way to incorporate a heating & cooling sense. I like the "rescue air" font however a lot of the backgrounds for this logo will be black so could you use the same coloring on "rescue air" that you used on "heating & cooling" including the same color fading.
    • thanks for positive feedback, this my new proposal, please see #17 #18 thanks regards
