The Barns 73 is a unique special event venue located off of Highway 73 in southeastern Wisconsin.
The property will have 3 barns on-site along with vineyards and beer ingredients growing on the land near the barns.
One of the barns will be an on-site winery, another barn will be an on-site brewery.
We are thinking it will be a rustic, farm style, old time feeling destination. Farm to glass concept.
Our signs on exterior and interior buildings will all be simple, plain, black and white, very basic, very easy to read.
Winery building exterior - Gambrel style barn – two sides will be painted RED wood and two sides will be red metal.
Brewery building exterior - Gambrel style barn – two sides will be NOT painted, just original cedar wood – that will change to gray in color as it ages. The other two sides will be red metal – to match the same winery metal sides.
We will have a courtyard and back farm lands, full of vineyards, as well as beer making crops and berries – where guests can taste the product made from the crops located outside the buildings – they can also grab a drink and walk the grounds, touch and feel the crops as well.
We will have a dog park on-site, and encourage guests to bring a lawn chair, grab a frisbee and enjoy the day with their friends and pets on the outside farm grounds.
