Winning design #374 by piterbeat, Logo Design for The Garden Group Contest
Gold Medal

designed by piterbeat

Project description

We are looking for a brand identity to help differentiate our network of companies from their competition.

Our logo should incorporate a nature concept and be made from colors that are earth-toned in nature.  We have not yet decided if we want a modern or formal look, but are currently leaning slightly toward a more formal logo.

We do not want an overly complex look, and would prefer a simple two-color design.

This logo will be printed on paper as well as made into signage.

Please include the vector ai/eps files with jpg, and png files in all winning source files.

We hope to find a creative and innovative designer to design our new logo, and continue our work in a long term business relationship.

Company Description:

The Garden GroupTM is a network of affiliated companies based in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex owned by one private investment firm.  We give aspiring entrepreneurs a strong competitive advantage by providing:

1.      Start-up capital to facilitate the formation of their new business;

2.      Extensive advice as it relates to financial matters, strategic planning or other business considerations;

3.      Professional back-office and administrative support, covering advertising, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, customer service, and similar services through our affiliate, Garden Group Management.

4.      Loans and/or equity investments to help accelerate growth post-formation; and

5.      Access to, and referrals from, other businesses within the growing Garden GroupTM network of companies.

Our equity capital is permanent, which means we are long-term focused, and does not create the short-term pressure inherent in the typical venture capital or private equity fund model.
