Great concept. We had some interesting entries and were able to select an option to utilise for our project. The challenge of the process is after the winner has been selected. The only communication that can be made is via text boxes. It would speed up the process to completion if there was also an option to upload files from the contest owner perspective as this would enhance communication and provide the ability for the contest owner to show the designer what changes are required.

Trade investment (the discount/promotion given to a customer when making a sale) is critical to our business as the bulk of our trade is done on promotion.
Our current means for processing, analysing, forecasting and managing trade investment is limited, manual, ad hoc, error prone and cumbersome, leading to an overall inefficient process.
Our marketplace is changing and we need to make more informed trade investment decisions and we need to make them faster.
The project will implement a new piece of software as well as develop a new set of business processes to integrate, centralise and standardise our trade promotional spend. This will make new information visible, allowing more informed decisions to be made.
Our user group will be upskilled to not only interpret the more insightful information given to them, but to be able to use this to have more proactive and targeted conversations with customers. This will increase our promotional effectiveness, with better decision making by our staff, better return on our trade spend investment and it will make us more compelling to our customers.
Key words - visibility, efficiency, people capability, tools (to do their job better), growth (e.g. in people capability, in financial benefit), strategic alignment, engaging (more engaging with our customers), insightful.
Designs to date (COB 15th March 2015) are too "corporate". We are looking for something more modern and fun and specific to our business. Think less about TPM and more about what it represents. Focus on the people side of this project, that we are going to give them more information and we are going to increase their skill and capability levels to interpret that information to better invest our trade promotional spend. Think of integration, of people, processes, systems - our business working together to get a better outcome. Think of a business that will grow as a result of TPM. Think of a logo that is inspired by beverages, fizzing bubbles, a bottle (no glasses please). Think of a growth arrow. Think of people who are also going to grow in terms of skill level. Think of looking to the future, with clarity, of a business that is more efficient, strategic, better. Think of the financial benefit, but please dont show $ signs or bags of money. We would really like to inject some fun into the logo, give it some personality. See the Word attachment for some pictures that can inspire you.
