XANDER'S incredible sandwiches

Project description

XANDER'S will be a food truck concept serving incredible sandwiches.  We'd like to incorporate a character - superhero of sort with a cape and an 'X', possibly, on his chest to accompany XANDER'S.   We'd like to play into 'incredible' sandwiches with The Incredibles (Movie).  Xander himself is 45, bald, gray mustache and goat-tee.  I'd like to mirror Xander himself.  Think the Incredible's 'Dad' but a little older AND with glasses.
