Project description

I am looking for graphic art design and branding for a 2 pack and 5 pack Cannabis Pre-Roll carton.  We currently have a value brand which is named Natures Reserve and a mid level brand which is our Orgrow Brand.  We package flower in mylar bags right now to which I can attach example artwork.  I also am attaching our logo.  We are looking for some re-branding of the mid level brand so will look at all ideas.

    • @fredbrader I'm waiting for your valuable feedback CH. Only with your feedback we can direct the design to the right direction :)

  • i hope you like this #18
  • Hello Sir,
Here's my design hope you like it,
I'm ready for any changes and/or any info you want to add to the full package, with CMYK print ready file.
    Thank you #14
  • Is this what you asked for? ;) #8
  • Hi, here is a different approach #7
    • @jaycobbb We prefer the design that you have the Orange and purple one in and the image of some mountain but would like to see it using the same font as we have on our bags instead of the one you used and also use this image but washed out a bit. https://www.nps.gov/media/photo/gallery.htm?id=CA4C9908-155D-4519-3E19303DAEADE22C

    • @fredbrader I m using Mount Rainier Mountain for sure, but i can try with different one :) so #5 is the best, and i should change the font and mountain photo am i right?

  • Hello there CH @fredbrader ! This is a very interesting project. I'm working on it right now and will come up with the design ASAP :)
  • Jaycobb, I like your newest design best but not sure I want all the leaves on there. I will discuss with our marketing team. On the last design, I am not sure you are using the image of Mount Rainier in Washington State. Here is a link to some images. https://www.nps.gov/common/uploads/photogallery/pwr/park/mora/CA4D10F4-155D-4519-3EDF1E8EAAB1A8EB/CA4D10F4-155D-4519-3EDF1E8EAAB1A8EB-large.jpg

Please confirm you are using images of Mount Rainier.
  • Dabbey, we are in Washington State and not in Wa DC. Also, we do not want to.use any more green color than what is in our logo. Everyone uses green and if we use green we do not stand out.
  • Concept Being: Every pack gets a monument to represent the product. Eg.The 'Hybrid' gets the Washington monument, The Sativa a different monument...etc #3
  • For Washington State look for an image of Mount Rainier.
  • I understand Dabbey54, I am not hoping for Heritage like the Indian tribe that owns King Mountain but that brand is very recognizable in this state and many others because of the cheap cigarettes they sell since there is no tax. Also, Mount Ranier in Washington is a major symbol of our state. Since the product I am selling can only be sold in Washington State, to portray a buy local, buy from Washington is a good theme and the mountain and also the image of something similar may help. I look forward to seeing your subsequent ideas.
    • @fredbrader ohh, got it! I understand you now. Cheers!

  • http://www.kingmountaintobacco.com/king-mountain-products.php is an image of simple classy carton but still emphasizes our Washington Heritage by using photo of Mount Rainier. Also, we are in Moxee, WA which is where 65% of the worlds hops are grown for beer making and the lowlands below the mountain could be images of hops but that may make it too busy. We will probably want to include multiple colors around the border so we can indicate on the box with a checkmark of which variety is being represented inside.

Something like this using colors to distinguish between Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid. Those colors can be found here: https://www.leafly.com/explore

    • @fredbrader lovely info...but i don't know if this idea of the Washington Heritage will work. Moreover a little research into 'King Mountain' packaging shows why they used a mountain in their design. http://www.kingmountaintobacco.com/king-mountain-resources.php None the less, we'll do our best to make sure you get the best package design. Cheers.

  • We want to keep the logo the same to create consistent brand loyalty. You can make it small on the package though and create alternative classic look. Did you see the comment about king mountain tobacco look?
    • @fredbrader yes I saw it, I think it would be much better when it formed in a big size on the package. My update of the logo was on the font and the shape of leaf but the same concept of what you provided me. Thank you for replying, sir

  • Hello sir,
I'm working on the packages, but I just need to know if I can update a bit on the logo "ORGROW" to be more appeal with a classic design?

    Thank you.
  • We are looking for a classic design relating to our location in Washington and do not want to use a generic marijuana leaf. Please see other posts and adjust
  • About #1, @jaycobbb ; I think we are looking for a package focusing on clean lines and classy with less noise. Also, printing multiple hues of green is difficult and requires digital print which can be more expensive. Very eye catchy though.
  • I added the carton die lines for sizing.
