Project description

The Box Design should Look the same: The only difference are the figures and the exercises they depict. These exercises or movements will demonstrate a novice workout on one side and a more advance workout on the other side. We will use to props: Medicine ball and small 5 pound dumdbells pictures are attached. Two alternative sides both displaying different images: KNOW YOUR FITNESS IN 60 SECONDS Five basic movements emphasizing posture, Cardio, flexibility, and strength. The Movements: P - Fit 5 Outdoors Push ups Squats Sit Ups Box Jumps Dips p- Fit 5 Indoors Pushup While balancing your weight between your hands and toes, and keeping the back very straight, bend the elbow so that the upper and lower arm form a right angle with the ground. Press up to finish and repeat. Deadlift Holding the medicine ball across the thighs, allow it to slide down over the knees while squatting with a straight back angle and weight centered on the middle of the foot. The shoulders should stay over the ball. Once the ball reaches the middle of the shin, stand to finish and repeat. Who is Lunge With the medicine ball and arms locked overhead, lunge forward so that the upper and lower leg form a right angle with the ground. Stand to finish and alternate legs. Squat and Press Holding the medicine ball at shoulder level, squat with a straight back angle and weight centered on the middle of the foot. Once the upper and lower leg reach the right angle position, stand and press the bar overhead, locking the elbows and keeping the stomach tight. Ease the bar down and repeat. Overhead Squat With the medicine ball and arms locked overhead, squat with a straight back angle and weight centered on the middle of the foot until the upper and lower leg form a right angle with the ground. Stand to finish and repeat.

  • Hello. I've submitted a design (#1). I've probably spent more time reading the brief than actually designing so if there is something wrong or it is not what you're hoping for, just let me know.
    • Hello Meow, I like the watermark and i think we are moving in the right direction. However, I would like to clarify a few things and i believe this will help us simplify this project and nail it. First, let's have two sides with the Project Fitness Logo WITHOUT "Know Your Fitness" beneath it. Second, I have attached a photo showing the MAP of DC with the flag in the middle. The brief i gave you before further explains the stars and additional flag strips in detail or you can view the previous attached images/files. We can take out the "DC" logo all together. Lastly and maybe the largest adjustment is using sketches of individuals demonstrating the stretches rather than text. The images of people demonstrating stretches maybe better visual guides. Bar Code placement on one side on the upper right side atop the DC Flag water Mark.

    • I've revised the design (#2). Is this the look you're looking for? If you would upload an .eps or .ai version of the Project Fitness logo, that would be great.

  • The second Design by Meow with the white shadow figures are the correct looking figures i just would like those figures to be demonstrating the specific stretches that i attached on the ones display on the last design posted. I would like the seal " circle " image to be taken off completely. The only water Mark that I would like used is the " DC Flag " or " Map with Flag inside it" Please view the images attached and these are the exact images i would like used. The only alteration would be the stretch figures in white as depicted on Meow second post. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO VIEW THE LAST BRIEF SUBMITTED. THE LAST BRIEF IS THE BEST DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I WANT

    • I believe your latest Design is the cleanest of them all but can you put the design in a black box and not the white. Can you also use my PROJECT FITNESS - LOGO. The design with the stars as bullets is the best demonstration of the stretches but i think if you can duplicate what you have done with the black box you will win.

  • Here's the revised design: #4. How is this working so far?
    • I think we have almost nailed this. I would like the stretching section to cover up the white box with the TXT and KNOWYOUR FITNESS" Cover the entire box with the gray. Make the txt and KNOW YOUR FITNESS " at the bottom right in black or white. I will also like the 5 figures to be in a straight line from top to bottom next to the title or description of the stretches. I will be paraphrasing the descriptions to provide you with more space.

    • Great. How do you like this new layout for the stretching section (#5)? For now I will wait for the new texts.

  • I love this box but i would like it to be just the black and not the rustic look. The display of the numbers and TXT look at layout of # 8
  • Number eight is really good. I think you both are neck and neck. I like that you have the strips rather than using the redundancy of the "MAP" However, I look the use of space that #8 using the stretching page

Last question, I had to let you know that my colors are black the white- Green and the grey shade is fie. if the TXT 22568 and Warm Up was in green would that throw off the design . We also hv to line up the proper stretches with the description.

  • Man I like this a lot. As i just sent you some feed back. Make the stretching format look like this with the color scheme of # 9 with less red and more white on black. WITH THE LOGO THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE. Clean and sharp like #13 Project Fitness logo looks. After this NO More you will be the winner

  • Fix the Project Fitness Logo and you WIN! Clean and Sharp logo. This Box is big. The Project Fitness logo looks wavy on this design. I will decide on you or number 13# I need the clean looking logo
  • Hello, Im going to pick the winner today I have come down to 13 & 9 and requested another guy provide a design but i will be wrapping the contest up today. That being said. watermark flag thats the two strips and 3 stars rather than the map on the streatching section of #13 and if the stretching figures could be exactly like the picture on #9 without box would clean it up and make you the winner. The white on black on 9 # really pops. Looks good.

    • NO, Your 37 design was perfect. I just wanted to see it in green colors. The only color in red would be the Map/DC Flag. The stretch images with the correct descriptions are number 38. " the descriptions correspond with the pictures. The images used and every thing about your design was righ. You distinguished your design from the others. The thermomater you used was excellent. I just want you to some how make the design with a green and a little darker than what you are using TXT 22828. The description of each image correspond. You can look at sample 38 for the proper discription with the proper image. I only want to see your 37 design in green

    • Great, Small Edits. TXT 22828 YOU HAVE TO VIEW THE OTHER IMAGES - the grammar and spelling of words are incorrect. Please view 38 for proper spelling correspondence of description and image

    • So sorry! I accidentally submitted a wrong file. The new one that I have posted should have the corrects and be a better version that you are requesting. As for the spelling goes, I checked #38 and there is still a lot of spelling errors that was unnoticed and was something I sort of fixed.
