error display

Hi all.
Please help me! I just got a second-hand laptop, and when I try to access the designcontest.com website, why does it display an error? As shown in the attached image.

Why does only the designcontest.com website display like this?
While the other websites are fine?
Can anyone help?

Try to clear cache history or another web browser. I am sure it will work, if it already did not.
