Come and vote on this poll

I will add the resulting chart "INCENTIVES for entering DC contests" to this thread when the poll is over

I already voted!

I have job outside DC, and here is like a bonus for holiday or somthing extra i would not get with out it.
2$-4$/hr isn't much but it's yours for sure. So i work 8 to 10 hours and the rest spending here to build my portfolio and to a get job like i dream about in the future.

I found something kind of interesting in this. In the first 25 top-ranked designers, there are 3 from the U.S.:
#21 - me - PaintedPony

#20 - Dskwkrs
#8 - cclark413
Dskwkrs is from Hawaii, but me and cclark413 are from the same state and same city - Charlotte, NC! Although we don't know each other.

Yeah I noticed that points are hard to get now. See this all started when i went to Vegas for a week back in August "it was for work". I told the dc mods/admins that I was going to be gone and they said that they would mark my account. But I'll tell you that even doesn't save you from going down in the list.Hey Squewheet~ I know, you were ahead of me a while ago. It is getting harder now to move up - especially if you enter a contest and the CH doesn't rate any designs or rates every design pretty low - especially when rating points are so valuable.

just give your "heart" on what you're doing, and you'll be doing it great. I noticed also, (from the contests I've been joining) that most Americans and Indonesians have great work, too...

I noticed also, (from the contests I've been joining) that most Americans and Indonesians have great work, too...Its threatening at the first part, but becomes more exciting and thrilling to work with them afterwards!
