refunded contests

Hi! I posted a question in live chat about forever ageless contest few days ago but still no answer. I was wondering if it was refunded. Here's the link:

It would be nice if you could post a comment on contest page or even send emails when this happens so we don't have to bother you guys every time. It would also be fair, I think, if you could send email when there is no winner, just as same as you send when winner is selected. Thanks.

I sent you a reply and said the contest is in expired mode, just now in its 3rd week, if it goes to 5th week then it is considered abandoned
