design limitations

why on some contests i can post only 3 designs and otherc can do it multiple times

Since you are level 2 you have a limited number of entries. On some contest where you can submit more it means the CH rated your design higher than 30 points and then you receive additional upload slots...

You have all the needed information on how the levels work. The only thing that isn't mentioned there is what aandrei already said - if CH rates your design with 30 points or more you get an additional entry. And don't ask the CH to eliminate your entry, it will not give you more submits (I saw some people doing it).

Yeah, I also didn't know about the 30 points rule when I started. I even made a topic about it - thought that th CH needs to do something more than just give rating in order to enable me to submit more. I gave those links so people can check what exactly is needed to level up and pointed out that there is no information about that rule in the knowledge base
