Levels 1-5 have upload limit. To get to higher level you need to have rating points and forum posts. As I saw your profile, you have the points to become level 3, you need 1 more forum post. You will have additional upload for every entry you have +30 rating points

Hey Yughina,
it is ok to explain to the ch what the problem is, and ask him nicely to rate one of your entries with 30+ points, so you can submit more.
Most ch understand and are happy to do so.

You must reach level 2 before being able to post more entries. To reach level 2 you need at least 50 rating points and at least 1 forum post. At level 2, you will be able to post 5 entries into a contest. Hope this helped
