what happens if the CH don't pick a winner? I mean, what happens with the design with the highest score?

Ask sharie about "guaranteed" contests that are abandon. Depending on the CH activity different things happen.

I know I participated in a guaranteed contest back in nov and its been neglected..... there are no clear guidelines as to what happens or what can be done. atleast, not to my knowledge....

Its really frustrating... I also participated in a contest around early December... No entry was rated and winner wasnt chosen. the last time the CH logged in was Dec 13. I really dont know whatsup. As the contest been abadoned or what! ;>
