Three winners and none of them is mine design which is highest rated by the contest holder. Unfair and unprofessional.Who choose this winners ???

The contest holder(CH) chooses the winner - they are paying for the design and can chose whichever design they like best.
The rating they give during the contest is just an indication of what the CH likes and it gives you an opportunity to improve on your rating. It can be frustrating but It's not unfair or unprofessional, these are real clients who will ultimately use the winning design for their own businesses.
