notification and some bugs

Hi There,

I got two problems to report here:

1. Right now I do receive notifications when I am the winner or not. But I didn't receive anything when I am at a second or third place. I didn't even know the contest is closed until I checked my profile and found that I got another medal. This kind of situations happens only when I am at the second or third place.

2. When I reply to the CH's private comments and submitted the message, there'll be three of the same message I submitted shown on that comment page.

It makes the page looking busy and unprofessional. 

Hope there's solutions for these. Thank you.

Oh, BTW, Please also note that there's no notifications of a removed design. 

I currently got removed of a design and later it was put back to that contest.

But I didn't receive any notifications on any of the situations ( not about the remove or the return).
