Silver and Bronze Logo rights

I just want to know, what is the restriction for the second and third winning logo for the future project.

Can we use our logo who win the second and third into another contest?..

If this is a  1 prize contest and most of the contests are  1 prize  then you still own the  silver or bronze design  you can do with the design as you want    If this was  3 prize contest you would be prompted to upload source files you would be required to transfer over all rights to the design.
