2.Open the damaged file using your WinRAR.
3.Winrar will display an error that you are about to open a damaged file, ignore this warning.
4.Select Tools>Repair Archive. This will make sure that the archive and FLA is repaired.

2.Open the damaged file using your WinRAR.
3.Winrar will display an error that you are about to open a damaged file, ignore this warning.
4.Select Tools>Repair Archive. This will make sure that the archive and FLA is repaired.
5.Change the file extension back to .flash
