Welcome Everyone to the ScreenSaver Contest.This contest will have limitations on colors allowed to be used to see just how creative you can be!

Colors: Blue, Green, Black and white -> any shades of these colors are acceptable

This contest will run for 20 days ending with the last submission date Feb.20/05.

*If you can design your ScreenSaver with a DesignContest theme that would be a bonus. Please post your screensavers in this thread minimized to 700 x 500. Can't wait to see all the new designs, have fun!!!

*non-animated screensaver

Sounds like fun,

I look forward to playing around with the limitations you have given. Should be interesting to see what everybody comes up with as well as some fresh ideas for a Design Contest Screensaver

One quick question that I just though about. What format do you want the file in? I mean, what kind of screen saver are you looking for? Animated? Still Images? Gradient Wipes? Some feed back on a screen saver type would be awsome jojomarie. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Push72-Designer, I feel that a non-animated version would be a good idea for this particular contest. For the format, I think a .jpg would be the best option.jojomarie

I'll give it a go too. Hope mine is good. It will be in 1024, but, of course, it will be reduced. Or, should I just create it in 700x500?

so jojo can we post a small animated screensaver too or only jpegs??

Hi itsjunaid, for this contest it will be only non-animated jsut to keep it fair to others entering. However, you may post a suggestion in the "Suggest a topic thread" with your ideas.

Is there vector artwork for the DC logo and wordmark, like at the top of the forum pages (ie: this page) ?
