okay okay. i wanted to get this in before i leave in the morning to go camping until monday night. the following are the same 3 designs but with 3 different color schemes. this print is meant for the front chest area of a shirt.
i kept with the request for one side and broke the rules with 3 colors but also included 2, 2-color versions as well.
here is what the shirt would look like....

Full Design.
well, it's a good try, but i think you should add some personal touch by giving another look to the original dc logo. i mean, you have to use it somewhere in the design, but as i think it should represent dc's spirit give it another shot by adding something really original.

Blake, 3.a is my favourite! Great work! Why?
Because it is simple yet creative work. And I should also point out that it is very expressive even though only 1 color was used!
I would also like to hear what everybody else has to say about this (and other) designs!

I have a few questions before I go through with my idea....
1. Can we use gradients of the colors we choose? Most printers that use spot colors are fine with grades because they just adjust the amount of ink they use.
2. Have you considered using CafePress or Zazzle for your t-shirts? If you use either service, you can:
a) Use any colors you want
b) Design a front and back (within the spaces provided by either service)
c) Set up a link on the main site to sell the shirts (these guys print them on demand and ship from there -- no inventory for you!)
d) Earn a commission from each T-shirt sold, which in turn profits DC.net
e) Save some moola (I think both services charge a small fee to set up a "store" from which DCer's can buy the shirts...it's been a while since I looked at the fees)
Anyway, just want to be sure you knew about these options ...
