For a relatively cheap amount, you are able to get some nice hosting.
I'm currently paying just 28euro a year for a .com + quality hosting. And I had no downtime yet in past few months.
Otherwise:
http://www.web1000.com/
Or just typ in google: Free hosting and find something according to your likings.

Looks nice. Which technique did you use for the baseball-player illustration.
@uniment1:
I liked the way "Summer Rocks!" pops up in the intro. But could've been a bit faster and perhaps add some background colors / animation.
The next part... is okay in my opinion. There's a lot of gray there. A color I don't really associate with the summer. The animations should be faster in my opinion.
It's also done with a lot of copied symbols. Add some actionscript to make these duplicate themselves at random places. The striping on the background is the same everytime... makes it boring.
I like the music!

The second part. Not so much. The grey color is depresing. Maybe a orange gradient. What is the small window with the sky and the clouds? The very fast moving text, skip it. Maybe do some kind of small vector art linked to your slogan. Something like no school and next to it some schoolboys leaving the school happy. The introduction of the text would look better, in my opinion, scrolling in.
Thats my opinion

Yeah, okay. Vector. But was this a drawing or photo?
Did you do it by hand or was it a tool (trace bitmap for example)?
it was from a photograph and by hand... truefully i never knew you could use a tool to instantly do it until now >.<
but all the time making it was worth the work
