Whats in this case?...
Cliparts also created by humans, so what you think to create may be already created in saturated clipart market and if that come into picture then everyone thinks that the designer have copied the clipart and just tweaked with that.

You can't use clipart in a logo contest. You can't use modified clipart in a logo contest. Clipart is not allowed in a logo contest.
Period. End of story. No more, no less, no clipart.
If you are caught you will get infractions, and quite possibly banned, permanently.
If you didn't create it, it doesn't belong in a logo contest.
Is that clear enough?
