When I am trying to formulate feedback for the designer on individual art it would be very helpful if I could still see the design so I can best help steer the designer. Currently the place to put that feedback is over where the design is. I find my self wanting to refer back to the pic to make myself more clear but I cannot.

Improvements to the interface are needed. Maybe the options and comment area could be designed closer to the artwork being reviewed.
Setting up side-by-side browser windows would allow the artwork and text input box to be viewed at the same time, but what a hassle.

Feedback, I think, is very vital. When you're creating a design, you may have a tendency of not noticing the flaws the longer you are working on it. Plus, an outside opinion can help you look at your design in a different light that you never thought of before.

Hi Brian (HhandF), perhaps you don't read this since your contest is done, but I just wan't to say that I agree with your problem. Though, I thought that for the CH there's an easier way to do that, because for each user we can see our own individual feedback (comment) with each specific design.
For a designer, I agree that to be able to see public feedback and compare it with the design we had to move up and down way over and back.
Perhaps this can be an input for improvement?
