In regards to submissions, it seems like anything goes lately. I just browsed through the toni & lula contest, and there are many submissions with backgrounds. Is this now allowed? Also, are we allowed to submit multiple logos on a single entry? Because those are all over the place too... I doesn't bother me, either way, but if these things are allowed then I might change the way I am submitting my entries. If they aren't allowed, will someone please take them down. I doesn't seem like there is any moderation like there use to be.
Do any of the rules still apply?
