It could be handy when you haven't seen your e-mail notification, and not to go through all unrated entries.
BTW, eliminated is sort of rated.

Dear Jera, I even forgot what I was pointing out with this post;)
I remembered it later... ok here it is... when you deselect first two options, and leave selected "Eliminated" option, it is blank. As I refer to this "Eliminated" is considered as rated design. So, why it doesn't work for it self if there is such option?
It's not a "big deal" feature, but could be handy.
