But all that aside, you did very well on this. now you can have fun and change the colors and make your face look all crazy lol.

It looks very realistic but also very smooth. I wonder if it makes sense to create stuff like this in illustrator with meshes if you could model it (I have no experience in this so don't know if it's correct) in half the time in a 3d-program. And it would also be scalable and even rotatable.
But nevertheless I have great respect for your work and your ambitions and hope to see more vector stuff from you in the future.
