Dear Design graduates,
What is the thing you wanted to learn in your course of study?

What design school didn't teach you?

mmmm... this is a tricky one.
As far as technique, well, school should teach you the basics and on a personal level, you must raise your own skill, thus, creating your design style...
But i think, the best thing to learn in school is composition, working with space, proportion and dimension... i see it on a daily basis, work that to my standards are bad, or poorly oriented in this aspect, but... never the less, it's someone elses work...
I always try my best to remember this important concepts and arrange graphic elements in a grid...
I sometimes go too far on this compulsion and end up with something too rigid... always working on my balance.
