I hope you can solve this. I have 2 websites. Both are simple HTML homepages. However, they can both be viewed on a PC usine IE or Firefox but not on a Mac machine! Im pulling my hair out!!

Your code is not valid, and Safari (the web browser used on a mac) follows strict standards.
Fix the issues found here and you will be ok:

One of the big issues I am noticing right away is that you are not specificing units in your CSS. For example, you are only putting top: 0; rather than top: 0px;

I agree with with neupix.. you should use specific units in css. Also Safari has some css bugs am not sure the latest version... Another workaround is that use tables and classes instead of divs..
