The word "construction" seems rather tacked on. I would almost say lose the type altogether and refine the pyramid, making it the focal point.
It's been said many times, the company has to speak for the logo, not the other way around. I feel that the pyramid by itself would look more crisp and iconic, which is what they're looking for. Putting the words in may seem necessary, but I've learned it's not always the case.
I don't want to sound harsh or like a know-it-all. Hope the comments help in some way.

Plus, it just doesn't seem as hefty now, you get the point across without hitting someone in the face.
I don't know what to do with "construction". Maybe make the "c" lower-cased and than work on the kerning in order to make it span the bottom of the pyramid. It's already fairly close to that now.
These are just suggestions, you've got your own style and you should follow your instincts.
Hope the comments help.

Glad you got rid if the missile.
Maybe the top corner could have a darker blue.
I think CONSTRUCTION should be your darkest green, in all caps, and bold to support the image. There is an O on both sides of the word for the corners of the triangle.
Your design is starting to grow on me... like fungus. The WD has very thin lines, which is fine, especially with the light colors. The W is cool but where the D breaks the edge of the triangle into white bugs me.
The Avant Guard type font is kinda Frank Lloyd Wright.
Any more concepts?
