How to make glowing image in PSP

1.From your PSP open a new image. Set the resolution as 72, image characteristics as Raster Layer, color depth as 16 million, background as Black, foreground color #8080ff
and fill color as null.
2. Type in some text, and specify font and font size. Make the text bold, and make the stroke size 4
3. While the text is still selected, make it larger if you need to
4. Go to ‘Adjust’ ->’ Blur’ and select ‘Adjust Blur’ -> and Blur More two times.
5. Choose dark purple for the foreground color: #000040 and keep the fill color null.
6.type in the same text once again and then move it in a way that makes it superimposes your blurred text.
