Which image shown seems to a unique deisgn? Which stands out the most? which shown holds to be the most professional? as in cleanliness? over all which would you prefer for a logo? No judgment neccesary, Comments are welcome. What would you rate the skill level of the designs over all.

Well, since you asked - if I had to choose one of them - I guess I would choose #2. To be honest - I think that it shows that not much time was spent in developing any one of them. I'm sorry, just being honest because you asked....please remember this is only my opinion, and the following are my comments.
Here's some problems that I see w/#2 though:
- text is hard to distinguish
- drop shadow or glow filter around your X is too much - this should "pop", and it really falls short of that, leaving nothing as the dominant feature.
- objects in front should have more strength, and in the case with the Hazel Design text, it just appears "muddy".
I personally wouldn't rate the skill level too high because I feel that all of them are needing alot of polishing. Many of them that you've displayed are very hard to read. I realize that the image quality is reduced for display purposes, but I think that the motion blur used in #3 & #5 are first too dominant, and secondly the perspective is off, making it look like just an afterthought, and not having any definitive purpose.
To me, most of them just appear to have too many filters/effects applied, which lessens the impact that your logo should have. If your X is going to be your icon, then it has to stand on its own. At the moment, the samples that you've shown just don't make a real statement to me. They all have potential, but certainly need more work.

All IMHO:
I would remove the blur and heavy shadows from them all. Next try to lighten up the blue x. If its the main feature, make it so. Perhaps go with a minimalist design. Out of the choices I'd say #'s 1 and 3. For #1, remove all background noise and don't fade the top. For #3 lighten it up then re-evaluate.
Above ALL, do the logo then close it for at least a day or so then come back to it with a fresh view. You may decide to do a totally different concept that works better.

Here are my suggestions ...
Typo, typo, typo... This won't be ever said enough. You have to work this. Definitely.
You should also try to keep it simple. There's too much stuff on each and everyone of your logos. My eyes keep bouncing everywhere being unable to catch something. Simplify it. And as it was said above, you should get rid of the blurs and shadows.
There was my 2¢
Hope this help !

These are all very hard on the eyes. The contrast for a logo is very bad, and they don't seem like they would be something which would take well to print at all.
I also agree with Jenn that it looks as though very little time was put into them.

Out of all of those, #2 is the best.
However, as stated before, none of them are really "that" good...
Another 30mins dedicated to log #2 and you could have something awesome though.
You've got an interesting idea, but it needs to be a lot simpler. Take off some of the style effects, and lower the blur/shadow, etc and it would look a lot better

what you need to try and remember is its not how quick you can do it. For example a customer would rather you spend a week deisgning something and having it perect than having it done in an hour and looking bad/ unreadebl etc
