I need a few flashy templates! Here are the requirements, if you have any questions please post them.
Number of winning entries : everything I like, minimum 1
Prizes : 100$ per chosen template
Copyright : I will have exclusive rights over the winning designs
Type of site or intro : Flash
Themes :
Commercial or High-tech website :
- minimum of 6 sections + home button
- One image per page
- Animated pages
- Site Name tag
- Slogan line
- Scroll bar for each text block is a must
High-tech intro :
- minimum of 6 keylines
- minimum of 6 images
- Animated with music
- Site Name tag
- Slogan line
- Enter button (with link to page specified from the txt file with all text, see the requirements below).
Requirements for both a website or an intro :
- All text MUST be loaded from external txt file. This means that a client should be able to change text without editing the fla source code. The enter link in the intro must be loaded from a txt variable too.
- The images used in each section MUST be loaded from external jpg files. This also means that a client should be able to swap an image by replacing a simple jpg file in the directory.
Current examples can be found on http://www.free-flash-template.com
You may choose to design an intro OR a website but all the specifications must be included. You can do an intro and matching website for 200$.
Note that after being selected you can't sell the site/intro to anyone else. I will also need all source files such as fla/psd used to create the template.
Only method of payment : Paypal
Please submit only quality work, I will choose only what I'm interested in, but at least one. I can comment on the designs for improvments.
If you have any questions let me know
Good luck to all!

Dimensions? like maybe 650x400 or something that will fit in the center of the screen nicely?
And the theme is just "high-tech"? Like a hosting company or pc maker might have?
And any minimum on length? Maybe like 15 seconds? And you'd probably prefer quick loading sites eh?
think thats all i need! thanks

Hi, im definetely interested in doing some Flash templates! Couple questions, though:

Yes 650x400 would do perfectly. Yes, anything high-tech that is eye catchy. Fast rythme.
For intros it is 15-20 seconds. And yes loading, faster is better.
The competition will end when I get enough entries. Take your time.

very nice! Just 2 things :
if you could have a header image (under your company name) that is also loaded external jpg it would be cooler.
and.. If you can preload the external jpgs before the site loads, because when i accessed the sections the first time the images weren't showing up.
Load them into separate MovieClips at the beginning and check when loadedBytes = totalBytes
Keep up the good work!

on the backend side... for flash will not be included just the flash source no scripts ... etc unless you are willing to pay by application price.. anyway... if you just want templates without any backend just disregard the actionscripts in the sources... will get back to you soon thnx.

The only "backend" that is required is the loading text from txt file and jpg images. No contact forms or other scripts, also I do not need a php script to update the text from within the txt file.
Thanks!

5 of 5 Refurbished
enhanched style
loading text so far so good.
It looks good, there are some blurry fonts. I see that you added more functions (buttons, sub-sections..) more is good but make sure the text and imaging is controlled externally.
Small detail : when you close the audio player the stream names stay...
Good work so far!
