I like the header design a lot, nice color scheme as well. One problem I do have with it is that I feel like I'm not really sure what I should be looking at. I think it's mostly that large blackish-grey bar that protrudes out the sides that distracts me. I would suggest simply finding a less obnoxious way of showing the new items, that's all. Great work overall.

very nice, suits the genre and market which i presume it is aiming for. though i again just mentioning, it takes a while to download on dial up however with cable and adsl its fine, good luck with the site
