Yeah, and you have to participate in the open community challenges. And your posts must make some sense, because people will be voting for you afterwards!

Well to partecipate to paid contest you should apply in the form on the first page of the site, showing your works and waiting an approval. I am trying too, let's cross fingers 
Well in reality I am waiting for someone to make me an actual member since I was already approved. Lets see...
