Check this link for some info you can use

I might not be understanding you question. You create your design, place it on the canvas, export it to the web as a jpg sized at 640x480 I use res 300 but that is just me.

Hi, it wont allow me to import the image into the canvas. i open up the canvas in the vipped file, you have 2 file types, AI and one eps. both wont accept anything being imported to them, this error message comes up;

adobe reader cannot open drwaing 1. svg because its not either a supported file type or the file has been damaged. ive tried saving my image rather than svg to ai, adode illustratot format but still it wont imput anything into the canvas, just opens it up in a new window instead.

Thats were im lost.

hope that helps.

first you have to unzip the file, after you unzip the file open the file in your vector program like adobe illustrator, place your design on the file then save it for the web

Hello Sharie,

Actually wig1989 got a point of the error, I got an error when I tried to open DC_logoCanvas.ai (4kb) But it works fine with the other ai DC_logoCanvas_1.ai 125KB, You can see the different file size.

I'm using Adobe Illustrator CS4 14.0.0

Note: I'm attaching a screenshot of the error window.

To wig1989@
Use the filename DC_logoCanvas_1.ai 125KB its working.

Yes, same problem with GoldenZ happened to me
shouldn't the.eps file work for u? just try the one with _1 on the end.
if it worked just copy ur design to it & save for we or export it as (png or jpeg)
good luck

I'm still not understanding what the issue is , is the downloaded file not opening? if that is it then why is the download file not working? This should be simple, download the file and open it in your program. Does the file need to be just saved as a pdf so everyone can open it?

The link works perfect so as downloading the canvas files but the issue here is we have 2 set of files

DC_logoCanvas.ai (not working - file corupted)
DC_logoCanvas.eps ((not working - file corupted)
=============================
DC_logoCanvas_1.ai (working)
DC_logoCanvas_1.eps (working)
===============================

Basically the "_1" works and the other with no "_1" doesn't work.

I think whoever uploaded these canvas files should update the Zip archive to delete the useless files which are "DC_logoCanvas.ai" and "DC_logoCanvas.eps"

Thats what happened with wig1989, When he tried to open the corrupted file.
