Hey

I started out with this last night and now I'm stuck, need some feedback on how I can improve it. It lacks action imo and doesn't smack you in the face the way I want it to.

Anybody got any tips?

It needs tracers zipping past the wings toward the viewer. Also, maybe pieces of fuselage coming off to make it appear like the damage is happening at the moment.

So I've been playing around with this for a while now. The Corsair has been replaced with a Spitfire and the BF109 has got a new paintjob. The pic is overall alot more detailled and has taken a turn for a more comic-book style, wich I like. This is still to be considered as a WIP of course, tell me what you think =)

I like that alot especially the upside down orientation. Are you going to do a series of aerial dog fights? How about a P-51. That is my favorite..next is the P-38.

get a closer perspective on the first plane, "in your face" action is always better than "over there" action

What you might try doing is making it a little more cloudier because there was almost never a beautiful day during the Liberaton of Europe. Although there were some great days in WWII they were almost always cloudy. (Probably because fo all the bombs beeing dropped and the smoke from the anti-tank, anti-aircraft, and all the gunfire.)
My opinion.
