Help needed in photoshop / vector graphics file?

i dont have photoshop or any adobe products. i want to measure height of one image file with *.eps extenstion. Can you say me how to measure it ? is there any free viewer available?

You can download free trails of photoshop CS5 and illustrator from various websites.

If you have Microsoft Word or Open Office (a free word processing document) you can insert the file as a picture into one of those documents. Pictures/images are inserted at actual size by default, so you just need to find the picture's corresponding info menu or palette and read the dimensions specified there.
